Are products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. Our formulas are developed to be gentle, balanced and suitable for a wide range of skin types, including sensitive skin. They are created to support the skin barrier without causing unnecessary irritation. But, as always, patch testing is recommended for very reactive skin.
Our commitment to cruelty-free formulas
None of our products are ever created with any animal-derived ingredients and are never tested on animals. This commitment is built into our formulation standards as a core part of who we are.
Do your products contain fragrance?
We believe skincare should an opportunity to awaken the senses, and scent is a vital part of that experience. Therefore, our products contain low-level, skin-friendly fragrance options. All fragrances used meet EU/UK cosmetic safety standards and are suitable for everyday use.
Are products safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Our products do not contain typical pregnancy-restricted ingredients such as retinoids or high-level exfoliating acids. However, everyone’s skin and circumstances are different, so we recommend consulting your healthcare professional if you have specific concerns.
Where are our products made?
Our products are manufactured and filled in the EU in facilities operating under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This ensures consistency, safety and high production standards.
How long will products last once opened?
Each product includes a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol indicating how long it can be safely used after opening. Typically between 6–12 months, depending on the formula.
